Here are some great options you should pick up if you're looking for affordable, stylish, and durable running shoes.
ASICS Gel Venture 5
These are perhaps ASICS most popular shoe. They are very affordable running shoes that offer ample amounts of grip for running. Their Rarefoot Gel Cushioning System manages to distribute shock evenly throughout your foot. We did find these shoes were a little narrow. Also keep in mind these don't offer much ankle support for long runs. But at around $50 they are a real bargain. They also come in several color waves, click on their Amazon Link above to check them out. These shoes are perfect for anyone who's job requires them to stand for long hours a day. The highly cushioned sole will help fight back pain that other shoes fail to prevent. Male: 10oz / Women 8.7oz Good For Daily Running/Walking or Long Periods Of Standing
ASICS Gel Surveyor 3
First off the Surveyor 3 features a removable sockliner that adds comfort and cushioning. The added cushioning allows for comfortable long distance runs. Just Keep in mind, the added cushioning does make the shoe a little heavier than most. Also we did notice the toe box on these shoes were a little small. These are ideal for anyone looking for good shoes to do aerobic exercises or circuit training at their local gym. Male 11.2oz / Women 9.3oz Good For Daily Running
ASICS Gel Hyper Speed 7
These are ASICS's affordable running shoe that will be able to please any die hard runner looking for a new pair of shoes for their morning or afternoon run. The Hyper Speed 7 are super light and the redesigned sole is much more supportive and distributes shock more efficiently. Just keep in mind this shoe doesn't protect your foot too much since its mostly light weight cloth. Regardless, these dedicated running shoes are a true value. At just $82.53 for males and $64.99 for females these shoes out preform their much more expensive $150+ rivals from Nike and Adidas. These are ideal for any Marathon Runner. Male 6oz / Women 4.6oz Perfect For Marathon Running
ASICS Gel DS Trainer 21
The ASICS Gel DS Trainer 21 has a redesigned upper thats much more durable and breathable. These shoes also have a heel clutching system which uses an exoskeleton that secures the rear part of the foot in place. The 21st version of the Asics Gel DS Trainer delivers a good blend of support and cushioning through high quality components in the mid-sole. And finally they feature the ComforDry Sock Liner technology, which keeps the foot dry and odor-free. We did notice these shoes were a little narrow at the front. But if you're looking for a pair of durable cross-country shoes then these are worth looking at. The Trainer 21 are truly a great option for any high school or college cross-country athlete on a budget. Male 9.1oz / Women 7.7oz Cross-Country Running
