Most people who have been lifting for awhile will advise new lifters to always stick to chocolate protein powder. It's simple, it tastes good, and for the most part every company has a chocolate flavor. But if we had to pick one chocolate flavored protein powder it would be MTS Machine Whey. MTS's chocolate whey protein powder has a smooth finish with none of the metallic aftertaste. It also doesn't form a thick layer of bubbles when you shake it in your shaker cup. Next up is MTS's Mint Cookies and Cream. This one tastes good in water and is just amazing in milk. It has a nice smooth Cookies and Cream flavor with a balanced mint flavor. The mint flavor isn't over powering at all. To be honest it tastes very much like a thin mint. And just like the chocolate flavor, this protein powder doesn't produce that thick layer of bubbles when you shake it in your shaker cup.

Like I said before we are not sponsored, but MTS just happens to make a great product. Third on our list is MTS's Red Velvet. This Protein Powder is great for anyone who has a big sweet tooth. Just keep in mind the sweetness of this flavor might over power you over time. So we wouldn't recommend you drinking this flavor on a constant basis. Impact's Vanilla whey protein is a great choice for those who don't have a sweet tooth and don't particularly like over powering flavors. This powder isn't just great to drink, but its also a great powder to cook with as well. It doesn't dissolve as good as other protein powders, but it'll suffice. Impact Whey Protein is a great option for someone looking for a gluten free and vegetarian option.

Optimum Nutrition's Extreme Milk Chocolate is readily available at most supplement stores. If you're looking for something that tastes great and is easy to find then this is your Protein Powder. It has a smooth taste with very little metallic aftertaste. There is a small layer of bubbles when you blend it but it dissolves completely for the most part. We also recommend you make sludge with this Protein Powder as well.
