Mocha Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder.
1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
1 cup ice
Instant coffee powder (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Preparation
- In a blender, mix the milk and pudding powder until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add coffee, protein powder and ice; blend until smooth. Top with chocolate shavings and instant coffee powder for some extra crunch.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk or skim milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3-5 ice cubes
Preparation
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Banana-Oat Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2 bananas
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup cold water
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Preparation
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
PEACH CINNAMON PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients
1 cup 2% milk
2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
½ ripe peach
6 oz of greek yogurt
¾ cup of cinnamon toast crunch cereal
handful of spinach (optional)
5 grams of creatine (optional)
Preparation
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Banana Nut Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 large frozen banana (remember to peel the banana before freezing it)
1 tablespoon of Almond Butter
1 cup 2% milk
dash of cinnamon
walnuts
Preparation
- Peel a ripe banana and slice it up. Place the banana slices into a sandwich bag and place in the freezer to freeze.
- combine all ingredients including the now frozen banana and blend until smooth.
- top with cinnamon powder and walnuts (optional)
CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Almond milk OR 2% Milk
1 frozen bananan
handful of almonds
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter. ( can substituted with a tablespoon of PB2 powder)
½ cup dry oats

Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
½ cup apple sauce
½ cup greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk or 2% milk
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Ingredients
1 scoop Cookies and Creme protein powder
½ cup vanilla almond milk or 2% milk
1 tablespoon of PB2 chocolate peanut butter powder
handful of ice

Banana Pudding
Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
5 Vanilla wafers
Tablespoons almond flour
1 frozen Banana
1 cup 2% milk

Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
5 Vanilla wafers
Tablespoons almond flour
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup 2% milk
Preparation
- Freeze fresh blueberries in the freezer over night (pre frozen blueberries work as well)
- combine all ingredients including the now frozen blueberries and blend until smooth.
