Banana Popsicles - 200 Calories Each- 10 minutes Prep Time
Ingredients
- Bananas
- Yogurt
- Shredded Coconut
- Nutella or Peanut Butter
- Popsicle Sticks
First, start off by peeling your bananas and sticking them with popsicle sticks.
Next dip the bananas into the yogurt and coat them evenly. After they are coated roll them in the shredded coconut. Make sure you press the coconut on to the banana so it sticks.
Get a spoonful of Nutella or Peanut Butter and microwave it for 30 seconds to soften it up. Then drizzle the Nutella or Peanut Butter on to the popsicles. Finally throw them into the Freezer for an hour. And there you have it! A healthy ice cream alternative that will help you fight off cravings and help you on your weight loss journey.
