The Bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2 is a very portable, very durable, and very premium feeling speaker, and it performs very well. However, this is another example of bose adding some very minor upgrades to their products, and slapping a new name on them. And for 2025, I feel the Bose Flex 2 is a little hard to justify when compared to its direct price competitors… so today we’re going to see how the Bose Flex 2 compares to the JBL Charge 5 which admiditly is pretty old now, but its still a solid mid sized speaker to recommend.
So this is the Earfun UBOOM X, is a large portable Bluetooth speaker thats easy enough to take on the go with you but it also packs a very big punch. The Earfun UBOOM X also has extra features like a built in light feature and it also has a USB C port so that you can charge your own devices… but best of all, the Earfun UBOOM X is surprisingly affordable for its size and price.
The Bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2 is a very portable, very durable, and very premium feeling speaker, and it performs very well. And for 2025, I feel the Bose Flex 2 is a little hard to justify when compared to its most direct competitors. So today we’re going to see how the Bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2 stacks up to both the JBL Flip 6 which is pretty old now, and the Sony ULT Field 1 which is currently my favorite portable bluetooth speaker to recommend.
So this is the Bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2, and as bose has done with a lot of recent products, the bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2 is another minor upgrade over its predecessor. Now yes, the Bose Soundlink Flex Gen 2 is a little better than the original flex, but a lot of these new features are just software upgrades. So I have been using the Sony Bravia X90L in my main home theater set up for a little over a year. And the Bravia X90L is a solid TV that is very bright and its colors are very vibrant. But since its not a Mini LED or OLED, its blacks and color contrast isn’t a great. Now right now, sony is focusing on Mini LED on their Bravia 7 and Bravia 9, and the Bravia 8 is Sony’s main OLED offering. But in this video we’re going to break down the difference between an LED and OLED tv and see which one is right for you.
So this is the Sony Bravia 8 and this is actually Sony’s only OLED TV for 2024 cause right now Sony is going in hard on Mini LED’s and the Sony Bravia 9 gives you very dark blacks and amazing contrast even at peak brightness. However, the Bravia 9 is pretty expensive… So if you still want strong blacks, amazing color gradation and strong contrast at peak brightness, then the Sony Bravia 8 is a great option to consider.
So this is the Sony Bravia Theater U, and basically its a neck band speaker that you can either use with your TV, or you can also use it with your phone and you can even take phone calls with it. Nonetheless, today we’re going to see how it compares to other great options out there like the Sonos Beam Gen 2, JBL Bar 300 and the Sony HT-S2000.
So this is the Bose Smart Soundbar now with AI, and just so that there isn’t any confusion, yes this soundbar is new for 2024 and its the successor to the Bose Smart Soundbar 600. Now I have always really like the Bose Smart Soundbar 300, and the Bose Smart Soundbar 600 was a solid upgrade that gave you much better instrument separation and true dolby atmospheres support thanks to the new upwards firing drivers. But now, but is getting into the habit of rebranding their old products, slapping AI on them and calling them all new. Nonetheless, today we’re going to check out the Bose Smart Soundbar, the 2024 version and we’re going to see if it worth upgrading if you already have the Bose Smart Soundbar 600 which is the soundbar that I have been using in my bed room for the last 2 years.

So these are the Pixel Buds Pro 2, and these are the most Conviente premium ANC earbuds for any Android user, period. Nonetheless, lets see what the Pixel Buds Pro 2 are all about and lets see how they compare to these other premium ANC earbuds like the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, Sony WF-1000XM5’s and the Bose QC Ultra.
So the Sony Linkbuds speaker is a good little lifestyle speaker that has great sound quality… however, it is a little hard to justify cause of its very premium price and it doesn’t get as loud as you’d expect it to. Nonetheless, today we’re going to see how the Linkbuds Speaker compares to both the JBL Flip 6 and the JBL Clip 5. Two very solid speakers to consider, especially the Clip 5 if you’re looking for something super portable.
So this is the Linkbuds Speaker… and this is a life style speaker that can compliment your linkbuds earbuds… or it just a speaker that has amazing sound quality in a very compact package and it has a huge battery life… however, this speaker doesn’t get as loud as id expect it to especially considering its price. So its late 2024 and both the Sony 1000XM5’s and Sony 1000XM4’s are my top picks if active noise cancelation is very important to you… specifically if you plan on flying a lot with your headphones, cause thanks to the atmospheric pressure sensors in these headphones… both the 1000XM5’s and the 1000XM4’s block out way more noise than other ANC headphones will at cursing altitude. Both the 1000XM5’s and 1000XM4’s block out noticeably more noise while flying than the Bose QC ultra, Bose QC, Sennheiser Momentum 4’s, AirPods Max, Sonos ACE, and so on.
So these are the Soundcore C40i clip on earbuds, so you’re always going to be able to hear your surroundings and they are super comfortable cause they dont actually go into your ear canals… and even though these do have a clip design to them, they’re still very comfortable cause they are surprisingly light weight. And even though these earbuds came out in early 2024… they still have the best performing Active noise cancelation as of late 2024 even after we got a whole new batch of premium ANC earbuds… albeit, their fit isn’t as comfortable and they have a pretty chunky case for 2024, 2025 standards. Nonetheless lets see what the Sennheiser Momentum 4’s are all about.

Nonetheless lets see what the Partylight Stick and Partylight Beam are all about cause I really wasn’t expecting these things.
So these are the new Sony Linkbuds Open. Now these are a pair of niche earbuds, they’re open earbuds so you’re always going to be able to hear your surroundings like the Bose Open Ultra or the Soundcore Aerofit 2 that we recently checked out… but Sony’s approach is very different, they look and fit like earbuds, but they have an open driver. The new Linkbuds Open also have big upgrades like better battery life, a better case and a better fit.
