So this is the new JBL Partybox 310… it’s rocking both cosmetic and performance improvements from the Partybox 300 and over all I really do think the partybox 310 is a good upgrade from the original 300. So if you’re looking for a big speaker for your man cave or if you moonlight as a DJ… I aint mad at the partybox 310.
So now that the the JBL Partybox On The Go is here people want to know how it stacks up against the UE Hyperboom. Now just a disclaimer here, I absolutely love the hyperbooom… its been my go to speaker for the bulk of 2020 and I prefer this speaker over the JBL Boombox 2. So lets see how JBL’s new large portable bluetooth speaker compares to the hyperboom.
So this is the new JBL Partybox On The Go… Its JBL’s newest partybox that really tries to put an emphasis on portability. Which retails for $300. But ultimately this is a very niche speaker that I wouldn’t just recommend to just anybody. If you’re planing on constantly using the included microphone or planning on constantly plugging in your guitar then sure. But personally I really wish JBL did a better job of emphasizing the portability aspect of this speaker.
I like the new Marshall emberton… now personally I do feel that the emberton is a little pricey for a 20 watt speaker but the emberton does have some standout characteristics when compared to the super popular JBL Flip 5 and the Sony XB23. So if you’re looking into getting a small portable speaker and you’re thinking about getting the emberton lets see how it stacks up to these.
This is the new Marshall Emberton, its Marshall newest and smallest portable bluetooth speaker which I think looks great, has spectacular build quality, sounds good, and has really good battery life as well. But personally I just wish Marshall did a little more to help justify the emberton’s premium price.
So the common thread across all of Sony’s new portable bluetooth speaker line up is that all of these speakers sound significantly better than their predecessors. Which ultimately thats great cause sound is obviously a very important thing to take into consideration when you’re looking into get a bluetooth speaker. But today we’re going to break down the new XB43, XB33 and XB23 cause deepening on your needs one is going to be better than the other for you.
So the new Sony XB23 is a great sounding portable bluetooth speaker. But if you’re looking for a small speaker for the summer then the JBL Flip 5 and UE Wonderboom 2 are two great options as well. But all three of these speakers are pretty different from one another so depending on your needs one might be better than the other for you.
