So this is the Sony XV800, now personally I like this speaker cause I like its new more mellow sound signature, and it also has an optical port so you can hook it up to your tv which helps make this speaker a little more versatile. And it also has a decent real world battery life. But it is a little pricy and big. But today we’re going to compare it to smaller and super popular box speakers like the JBL Partybox 110 and the Sony XP500.

So after checking out the Sony XV900 and being very pleasantly surprised, I was very excited to checkout the Sony XV800. Now sony has defentily made some major changes. LG XBOOM XL7 Vs JBL Boombox 3 Vs Sony XG500
So this is the LG XBOOM XL7, now even though it does have its short comings, personally I really enjoy its mellow sound signature and I think the customizable light feature up top is a nice touch. But today, we’re going to see how the XL7 stacks up to some smaller and more portable options like the JBL Boombox 3 and the Sony XG500.
